ENCHANTING VILLAGES

Named after Emilion, a Breton Monk who fled the persecution of the Benedictine Order, Saint Emilion will surround you with both beauty and history.   Wander the vineyards planted by 2nd century Romans as you explore this UNESCO world heritage site, famous for its medieval character and charm.

CHATEAUX OF THE LEFT BANK

The best wines of Bordeaux hail from the Left Bank.  Along the Gironde Estuary are the appellations Margaux, St. Julien, Pauillac, St. Estephe, Haut Medoc, and Pessac Leognan, all of which have benefitted from rich soils and a marine climate.  Explore the region, savor the historic blends, and spend four nights in two of the area’s most prestigious Chateaux.

CULINARY EXPERIENCE

Don your apron and master some traditional French fare as we prepare a starter, entree, and dessert with guidance from our Chef.  Savor the view and the wine as we dine on the feast we have created together.
